Every morning I have eggs and a handful of almonds for breakfast then a protein shake with Greek yogurt, milk, and 1/2 scoop of powder about an hour later. I'm big on peanut butter on everything and on its own throughout the day when I get snacky. Lunch is usually a giant salad with chicken, feta cheese, avocado, and some oil and vinegar dressing. Then a giant sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar because ya gotta have some carbs!!0

My breakfast go-tos are:
protein shake (protein powder, Greek yogurt, fruit)
eggs & veggies
pancakes w/ Greek yogurt & fruit
steel cut oats w/ protein powder and peanut butter (and maybe some fruit)
Snacks:
string cheese
almonds
beef jerky or turkey jerky
veggies w/ hummus
apples & peanut butter

How many eggs and in which form? I'm allergic to almonds so a no go for me. I love peanut butter too. My morning snack is usually apple and cashew butter. I basically have the same lunch but I never get bored of it! My afternoon snack is rice cakes and cottage cheese but that is just too boring!! That sweet potato sounds great but hard to make at work. Any easier things I can take to work?!0

As many eggs as you want as long as they fit your calorie and nutrition goals. I usually have two, over easy, but sometimes I scramble them if I want and sometimes I cook them too long so they come out over medium. If I scramble them I may also add a bit of cream cheese to the mix.
If you have a microwave, you can wrap a sweet potato in saran wrap and microwave it for a couple of minutes until soft. Add toppings and microwave again until they heat/melt and you've got your snack! If you prefer your sweet potatoes savory, sometimes I'll do half a sweet potato with black beans and salsa.0
