Cheap but good Heart rate monitor

I have a Polar FT4 I got from amazon that I like. Runs about $50-$60. I've had it for a year and no issues.0

Not sure about the USA but in the UK both Lidl and Aldi do a chest strap model for about £15.00. I have the Lidl (Crivit) version and it seems to be accurate based on calories burned and weight loss achieved0

A cheap one generally wont be good.
Look for one with a chest strap.
