    Disturbia (Rihanna)
    Paralyzer (finger eleven)

Doesn't matter if I'm damn near dying with exhaustion, these songs rev me up and I'm ready to do anything.

For running I LOOOOVE Kashmir by Led Zeppelin. It's a long song with an unchanging beat that lets me just zone.

Ooh that's a good one. Must try that!

Rage Against The Machine are great for getting that burst of energy. Thunderstruck by AC/DC, A.S.I.W.Y.F.A., Daft Punk, The Prodigy, some of the faster Nirvana songs.... Hm, I think I might make a playlist now :)

Not sure why, but Korn's "Coming Undone" gets me moving and I lose myself in it. I have a few more songs I love but they are on my zune, which is currently dead and needing to be recharged. :) I like anything hard rock...Three Days Grace "home" and a few others they sing really motivate me as well.

I have a cycle of songs I go through while I'm exercising. Sometimes I play the same song over and over again.

Here are the most motivational for me:

    "Stronger" - Kayne West
"Now that that don't kill me, can only make me stronger." I love that line!

    "Not Afraid" - Eminem
"I'm not afraid to take a stand, everybody come take my hand."

    "Live Your Life" T.I.
    I LOOOVE THE BEAT!

    "So Bad" - Eminem
Hilarious lyrics--- and the beat keeps me moving.

    "Lost" - Coldplay
"Just because I'm losing, doesn't mean I'm lost. Just because I'm hurting, doesn't mean I'm hurt."

"I gotta feeling" - Blackeyed Peas
There is a really powerful part that always gets me PUMPED!

I know this sounds silly but Ghetto Superstar by rapper Pras from the late 1990's. Loved that song when I was a teenager and when I hear it, it makes me think of the days when I was thin. Great motivation for me.
