I worked out for the first time after having my baby for 25 mins (Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk) and stupid me decided to weigh in t to see if i lost anything...i gained 4 pounds! Granted i was 81 calories over my goal. The only thing else i went over was carbs. By i think 10. But i think my carbs are to high even if I'm under. My carb goal is set for 160. my sodium was under 2300 sugar was way under idk why i gained 4 pounds other then high carbs. I plan on not weighing till next week. Hopefully i can stay away from scale

More than likely it's water weight, drink more water and it will come back off in a few days or so.0

Going over like that will not make you gain 4lbs. You would have to be over by like 14000 for that. Its likely just water and I bet it will even itself out within the week.0

I wouldn't pay too much attention to that. It wouldn't have been a true gain of fat. Most likely water. I am no expert, but have heard it said on here that after exercising our muscles store water or glycogen(?) to repair themselves after we workout. Just keep weighing weekly. There are too many fluctuations daily.0

Keep on with it, I think it may be water too.0
