Welcome!

I am hosting a Doctor Who Weight Loss Challenge.

* There will be 4 teams (Time Lords, Companions, Daleks, and Cybermen) that will compete against each other.
*Points will be given to each team based on how much weight is lost (percentage).
*Weigh-ins will be Saturday or Sunday.
*There will also be quizzes, weekly challenges, and food activities to earn your team extra points.
* The team with the most points at the end will win the TARDIS Heart!
*This will be 10 weeks long and you will be required to weigh-in every week.

How to join-

* Please post in the thread and include the team you would like to join.
* You will be sent a message when you are added and then invited to the group.
*Please note that if a team gets full you may be put in a different team.
* Depending on how many people would like to join there may be a waiting list.

Why not come and enjoy a little competition, meet some new people, maybe reconnect with some old friends, lose some weight and have fun counting the days to the new Doctor Who Series!

If you are maintaining and don't want to join a team but still want to play, we do need some Lord Presidents "moderators".

    The support/motivation section isn't as active. I never go on there so would have missed it if someone hadn't have pointed it out to me. Plus the quicker this challenge is full the quicker we can get started.
