Per Serving: 166 12 9 14 4 502
Ingredients
1-head of cauliflower
1 1/4 cup of shredded light mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. fennel
1/2 green pepper
3/4 of onion
garlic powder
Tukey pepperoni--25 slices
Ragu traditional pizza sauce 1/2 cup
Parmesean cheese
Directions:
Steam the cauliflower--I don't have a steamer so I steamed it in the microwave using 1/4 cup of water and covering the dish with plastic wrap for 3 minutes. Let the cauliflower stand for 2 more minutes after it’s done with cling wrap still intact.
Dice the vegetables. You can add more as you like, but I just used green peppers and onions.
Grate the cauliflower in a large bowl and mix with 1 egg and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. I added the basil, parsley, and garlic in the mixture or you can add it on top of the mixture before placing in the oven.
Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray before spreading the dough mixture evenly.
Place in the oven for 14 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and place sauce, pepperoni, vegetables, and rest of cheese and parmesan cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted or crust is crispy.

I have made this before---it is definitely very low carb friendly.
However, I think you mean one head of Cauliflower and not one head of cabbage. Teehee.0 -

I have made this from the recipe at found at http://blog.yourlighterside.com/. It is amazing. I didn't use as many toppings but just the taste of the pizza sauce, the pepperoni and the green peppers on a faux pizza crust made my day.0
