I've had two babies, 2 c-sections. Put on about 15-20 lbs. Getting divorced and trying to get myself back into nakey shape...but my stomach is a mess. Working hard on eating better and exercising every day. But can I make this look better? I've been asked twice in the last year if I'm pregnant and I'm tired of it!!!

Caloric deficit.
Lift weight.

+1 You are in the right place.. Deficit + cardio + weights.. My guts down 5" I actually walked outside without a shirt yesterday. Some kids screamed and ran, but that's still better than before.0 -

*fingers crossed*
Well after my first csection, I was able to get to this:
I wasn't done, but I got pregnant again. In fact, when this picture was taken I had just gotten out of the Obese BMI category for my height. Hoping I can at least get back to that now that I've had 2 csections. I don't think it's impossible, but it is probably going to be hard work.

Yep. That's what I did after my first. Hoping it works as well a second time.0 -
Your condition is due to the lose muscles and lose skin which is the after effect of pregnancy. You need to tone up those muscles to get back in shape.Do exercises which will target you belly muscles and help tone them into shape.Yoga is very helpful in this condition.Though yoga is a slow process but it does give results.0

You can definitely improve it. No body has a perfect body though. Do as much as you can and then try not to worry about it.0

I had two kids in less than two years, gaining 40+ pounds each time. My stomach is not completely flat and defined like before but through patience, rest, healthy eating (at about a 250-500 cal/day deficit) and slowly getting back to a workout routine, it is returning to it's prepregnancy appearance. Sure my body is different than before but that is not always a bad thing. I am working on losing the weight from the second pregnancy but I found after my first when I stopped obsessing about it and just made my routine of eating healthy, lifting heavy and some cardio I was looking closer to my old self within a month or two.
Also, I did not have c sections and was fit before getting pregnant the first time. Everyone is different though, just have patience and work hard. In the meantime, spanx can be your best friend!0 -
My tummy is like yours too after 2 sections. I'm eating at a deficit, mixing cardio with weights and it is shrinking. It's a long slow process but with a lot of patience and hard work we will get better☺0

It will help some, but, it looks to me, and I had 2 c-sections as well, the skin was stretched past it's elasticity so you may always have a pouch. I snapped back after my first but with my 2nd I retained water - about 50 lbs of it. I lost that 50 in the first 4-6 weeks after his birth but my tummy never has been the same. I was still athletic enough to get back to almost normal back then and I worked my abs regularly 2-3 x week and I never got rid of the loose skin. I am considering surgery after I have lost - insurance may or may not cover it but if it doesn't I will just save money to get it done.
I'm sorry if that's not what you want to here but your tummy looks like how mine did at your age. And I've had a dermatologist tell me it is loose skin not all belly fat.0 -
Strength training and cutting fat will definitely make an improvement.0
