So for some time I've been thinking about doing a lifting session based on some of the most embarrassing lifts to do in public. And by embarrassing I mean antithetical to the male ego... especially for all those leg day skippers, brah bicep curlers and guys who don't need to work on their legs cause "they're strong enough already".

So I present you now with The Real Man Workout. It's for real men... cause men know what men like.

Do this in a public gym in front of actual people and you'll never feel gymtimidated again, about anything!

Lifts performed:
- Stripper Squats
- Jefferson Deadlifts
- Hip Thrusts
- Adduction Machine
- Abduction Machine
- Glute Pressbacks

    I like the sound affects... and the music. The foam rolling thing is hilarious :laugh: :drinker:

    It's a good antedote to "I don't want to do _______ in the gym, I might look silly" - most of it doesn't look half as silly as you'd expect.

    LOL I don't need to even click the link, I know what those exersises are. I would do that just to troll people at the gym but I lift at home so I guess I won't be doing that.

    My thoughts as I watched the video:
    1.) I like his socks.
    2.) Those Jefferson deadlifts look like they'd hurt your balls.
    3.) Abduction and adduction machines? Blech.
    4.) That foam rolling technique is a tad NSFW. :)

    The best I can tell, I'm the only dude in my gym who does barbell hip thrusts, but I absolutely draw the line at Jefferson dead lifts. No, no, no! Great video though. Balls, dude, balls.
