Hi just a quick question is anyone else finding it difficult to stay in the protein range, im allowed 45g of protein and am finding that im always going over this by about 25g, iv tried to stick to the limit and finding it vertually impossible can anyone give me any help or advice on how to change this and how they have accheived this, ill say thankyou now. ::frown:

    I really wouldn't worry about it. MFP levels of protein I think are really low, especially if you are working out alot and it's not going to make you put on weight if your overall calories are staying within the guideline. You can even set your levels of fat/carbs/protein to different percentages to suit what works for you. I've set mine to 30% instead of the usual 15 and I workout alot so they want me to have 109g which I'm always trying to get up to.
    I'd have a look at that, its in the custom goals section. change it up a bit, see how your body responds and what works for you because everyone has different results.

    Go to My Home; click on Goals and then you can change your settings on the page.

    Thanks so much done that, was thinking that i was having to many carbs and not enough protein as my weight is very slow in coming off considering it was the first week, i would normally lose at least 5lb first week but with this change in protein levels it might make the difference im working out 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time so hope this helps with the weight loss. many thanks.
