The past 2 weeks, I recently started to really focus on exercising more and eating a lot more healthy for the most part. AKA, no fast food, adding more fruits and vegetables into my diet, and trying to eat smaller meals through out the day. Whenever I exercise, I focus mainly on cardio, but sometimes I throw in a couple strength training exercises as well, I also work retail so I am constantly moving on my feet at that job as well. My starting weight was around 146 and this past week, I've gained about 2 pounds, My weight has not gone down at all whatsoever. I feel like now that I'm 21, my metabolism has just been shot, I used to be able to just run for half an hour and my weight would go down. I also feel that with my short height 5'4'', it also makes it harder to lose weight or distribute it more evenly. I have the normal women problems, hips, thighs, and stomach, I definitely think I am losing inches, it's just so frustrating when your goal weight is to just be 13 pounds lighter, but your weight doesn't seem to be budging. I'm blaming the freshman 15. Any suggestions on what I should do? I don't have the money or time to constantly buy and make my own food. So suggestions would really help. Thanks

Did you count calories for the last two weeks? If not, I'd start there.0

No, I have to admit, I did start but eventually got lazy with it, I should definitely count my calories. I'll focus on starting that back up today, It's amazing how things really do add up. It's just frustrating when I feel like I'm at least doing a lot more than I used to and not seeing many results.0

I'm 5'3.5" and there are many women shorter than me that can lose weight on a decent calorie amount.
It's only been a week. You could be retaining water from picking up exercise.
Are you logging consistently? Make sure you do so. Weigh and measure your food if possible.
Pick a sustainable deficit.

Yeah, see I only have 40 calories left in my entire day, never realized how much snacking and overeating just by a little can make a difference.0
