Hi there! I just had my baby 3 months ago and I'm trying to get my body back too! I actually only have 6 pounds left to lose before I hit my pre-baby weight, but I'm hoping to lose another 15 pounds on top of that!
Some advice: Being only 1 month postnatal, I would be careful about doing anything too extreme with your diet and exercise. Are you breastfeeding? If so, make sure that you stay hydrated and eat enough so that your milk supply doesn't go down. Don't forget that you are burning about 300-500 calories from producing milk. Also, make sure you take it easy with the exercise until you are certain that your body feels fully recovered.
Best of luck to you! Feel free to add me if you need an active and motivating friend!0 -

Thanks for the advice. I only have a couple to lose as well (fortunately I am all belly when preggo) but I do want to tone up. I'm in the Airforce so I'm used to working out alot but I am taking it slowly to be safe... I am not breast feeding because I have not produced enough to feed my little guy and so the doctor recommended me to stop because the baby has not been gaining weight. Congrats on your little one by the way! and it was nice meeting you!0 -
Congrats on the new baby! I have a 7 month old and during pregnancy I gained 60lbs and I'm still in the process of losing it. 40lbs down, 20 more to go! Everyone is different, of course, but what worked for me was circuit training and I've also started doing 30 day Shred (Jillian Michaels DVD)…a friend swears by it so I'm trying it out. Best of luck to you!0
