gained weight

hey guys... so for the last 3 weeks I gained 10 kg... I was eating alot of junk and pizza and stuff I havebt touched in years... im so depressed because of that gained weight... because I never have weightes like that or even close... how much time do u guys think it will take me to get rif of that with a clean diet an exercise?

    I would suggest aiming for 1-1.5 lbs loss per week (roughly 0.5 kg??) if you want to take it off and *keep* it off. So, yes, it will take a while to lose that weight (if you're doing it in a healthy manner).

    And I know that's frustrating. But, by going the slow and steady approach over a longer period of time, you'll also develop the healthier habits -- ex. learn how to say "no" to cravings, make choosing healthier foods second nature, build up muscle and get into the routine of exericing, and so on. These healthier habits make it so much easier to keep the weight off, and even lose more weight, if that's what you want to do.

    Dont be too upset, a lot of it could be the salt you are intaking and you are holding more water in.
