I started July 23 2013 at 247.2 pounds I am now 173.2 a year later that's down 74 pounds!!!! I have 14.2 lbs left to get to my goal weight of 159

    You look amazing! We almost started at the same time. I started August 29, 2013 weighing 290 lbs and I have lost 117 lbs. I still have 48.6 to hit goal but at least I can see the finish line. You should be very proud of your accomplishment.
