I'd like to introduce myself.
My name is Linda and I have had a weight problem all of my life.
I go to TOPS and one of the members told me about this site so I thought about it for two weeks before finally joining. This is my first day and I have just had my breakfast. I may have to adjust my goals. It was surprising to see how low my calorie count would be in order to lose two pounds per week.
I don't do traditional exercises or aerobics. Maybe I've been using my disability as an excuse. There are exercise programs for me but I will be honest. I am lazy and not interested in working out. A big push is what I am going to need in order to do the exercising. *sigh* I need to keep telling my self "Exercise is not negotiable".
I so want to be successful. I could use support from anyone who would care to give it.
