Hi! I injured my back in January and it's been troubling me on and off. And I can't do intense/vigorous exercises much. I do power yoga two times a week -60 minutes each day. It's pretty intense but I don't think it burns many calories. Then I walk briskly for 30 minutes 2-3 days a week. Again, it must not burn more than a hundred something calories. So in total I workout 4-5 days a week, burning a little amount of calories each day. I'm not satisfied. During these exercises, I do sweat but not much.

My question is: Does this cause my progress to slow? If so, what can I do to fasten it? Thanks!

Weight loss is calories in/calories out only so, no, lack of exercise should not hinder your progress. Just ensure you are getting the correct amount of calories to lose weight.
