30 day shred/ not losing weight

I am on day 8 of the 30 day shred video of Jillian michael. I am burning about 300 calories everyday from it and eat between 1200 to 1400 calories daily. Since I started the 30 day shred program I have gained one pound. Is this normal? What do I need to be doing different to lose weight? This is so frustrating. Thanks

When I did 30DS it took me a few weeks to see a difference on the scale due to water retention. Keep at it though and make sure to take your measurements. That is where I seen the biggest difference.0

Could be a normal fluctuation. Or if you've just started out exercising your body will store glycogen. Also take measurements - I've just started 30DS & A lot of people say they've dropped more inches than pounds with the program.0
