Eating breakfast before or after workout

Lately I have been eating breakfast after working out and I have been losing weight. Then over the past few days I have been feeling really tired during my workout. Should I eat breakfast before working out to prevent being tired or will I not lose weight if I do that?

When you eat doesn't matter as much as the calorie deficit - you will lose weight when you eat less than you burn - if you're hungry/tired in your work out eat some protein before0

I was having the same thing and added a little bit of natural bio yoghurt for before and after. I think exercising in a totally fasted state can make you perform worse. Something like yoghurt is pretty easy on the stomach and isn't bulky. Works for me.0

I can't eat before I exercise or I get nauseous. I've read recommendations to eat small amounts of food 1-2 hours before you work out, adjusting accordingly for how negative of an effect it has on your stomach / ability to exercise Good luck!0
