Almost to my half way point- 35 lbs down

Hello y'all. My name is Glynis and I'm almost to the half way point with my weight loss goal. Pretty exciting. These photos are from my check in two weeks ago. I have my next check in tomorrow and I will hopefully have more results then as well- but I wanted to share.
I'm not very good at this- so I hope I'm posting these photos correctly. I started this 10 week plan the end of May- I have lost about 13 pounds so far, my goal weight is about 150-165 and I currently weigh about 210.5 lbs. We can do this!!!!

I am doing cardio and strength training. My cardio is either: treadmill, bike or dancing.
Strength training is different everyday- today is legs. If you want a copy of my workout, let me know and I'll be more than happy to provide you with it lovely!
