It was a long road but I finally did it! I quit smoking, lost 90 pounds, added 15 back in muscle, and learned how to eat properly. Not only am I a different person physically, but my entire life has changed (for the better!) along the way. The moment I decided to 'get healthy' was the single greatest moment ever. Thank you, myFitnessPal, for the role you played in making it happen!
