Let the games begin...

Tonight my friend talked me into joining. (Thanks, Tina!)
I'm a foodie and this may be one of the hardest journeys of my life. Not only because I love to eat, but I'm not all that big on working out. Lazy? Probably. Distracted by technology? Absolutely~! I own it. I'm not proud of it and I'm striving for change, not only in my flesh, but also in my mind and spirit. Apathy seems to be the guiding force in my personal world as I am consumed (like most folks) by work and family. Tomorrow I care for ME. Wish me luck!

Good thing about MFP is it is great for lazy people. Just track your calories and you don't even have to workout if you stay under!

You are welcome! I have found MFP to first enlighten as to what you really are eating in the way of calories. I have found it really is just a matter of portion control, I still eat what I want, just less of it.

I know you, once you put your mind to it, nothing stops you!
