Smoothies and Protien Powder --- Favorite combos ?

Tried protein powder (chocolate frosting flavored) and frozen mango chunks once... TOTALLY gross and still to this day, the thought, smell and interaction with protein powder makes my stomach icky #badexperiencemuch. Even drinking it is a problem

Just received a 5lbs tub of ON Cake Batter and I've only recently used it with milk (2%), Myogenix fiber+enzymes and some water in the NUTRI NINJA.

I'll add fruit when we go shopping next, but I don't want ANOTHER bad experience. I have a 2lbs tub of chobani vanilla greek yogurt (which I keep forgetting about, and it's a little watery)

What are YOUR favorite protein powder smothie recipies ? I plan on trying some instant oats and black chia seeds ($13 per lb, 0_0) as a breakfast shake.

Most greens are out of the question, due to mom's heart (blood thinners) and I have an over abundance of iron in my blood as it is.

    I just finished a fiver of that cake batter. I think my favorite mix was some nescafe instant coffee, the cake batter, water, and a little cocoa powder in a shaker.

    Shake it like a polaroid picture and drink it down. Pretty decent.

    I like regular Vanilla the best because it mixes with a lot of things and tastes good. I like to add some fruit and milk with a tablespoon of York peppermint Pattie coffee creamer.

    Let me advise against utilizing anything with ethanol in it with your protein powder. It causes it to gelatinize immediately in the most funkiest of ways. (Vanilla extract, not rum.)

    I never tried instant coffee in my shake. That's a good tip.

    One tip I got was Jello pudding mix. I did a tablespoon of the pistachio in my shake and it was heavenly. They have all kids of flavors but they are high in sodium if that's an issue for y ou.
