Hi.
I want to improve flexibility. Any idea how to go about it? I know yoga etc. will help, but I would like to know your personal experiences with different methods
I have also got a mailer from GMB-Gold Medal Bodies, and their Focused Flexibility Program. Has anyone tried it? What were the results like?
Thanks

Flexibility exercise on a consistent basis. Both dynamic and static stretching.

Les Mills Body Balance classes (they are a mix of yoga, pilates and tai-chi).0

Yoga is really good for improving flexibiility. I do it for balance issues, but it's low impact and gentle enough to do every day to build strength, flexibility and balance.0
