Hello! I am new here

I am looking for support. My goal is a 35 lb journey of weight loss....I am here for support / friends / tips...

Eating healthy, small calorie meals, nutrient dense foods breakfast, lunch

and EXCERCISING...i went running yesterday...some kind of Cardio every day plust Yoga in the mornings...

the thing with me is commitment...i have to commit to this and having people who are on the same track as me would hep

    I've got the same goals in mind and would like to join you in the journey. Check out eatingwell.com, they have some fabulous recipes and will even make a meal calorie count specific meal plans for you.
