OK everyone, today is Sunday and it's time to go outside and have some fun! Anything from swimming to cycling, from throwing a Frisbee to hiking that hill.

Just go OUTSIDE, do something fun, burn some calories and then come share! I'd love to hear what you did!

Today I went for a walk. 3.8 miles, 70 minutes, 460 cals burned. Not bad for a Sunday. ????

I walked a little over 2 miles, but I'm planning to meet a friend later when it cools down to walk again...I'm on a mission this week ;)

I am a cave dweller, no one is making me go outside!

Honestly, thinking I should go for a walk, I get grumpy when I don't get enough sunlight.

We just went to a pick your own farm and got beans, peas and raspberries. Yum. Going for a swim soon.

We have to tweak the new bikes we bought then go for a short bike ride. Going to start slow so my new knee doesn't misbehave.

Subtropical rainforest dweller, temps in the upper 90's to 100's, humidity 110%. It's not walking, it's swimming.
