What exercises should I do?

Well I want to burn calories as quick as possible.
My target areas to improve are:
Hips,(love handles)
Thighs,
Torso
Upper arms
?
Ideas please?

Spinning, and Kickboxing tend to be big burners for me.
P90X is no joke... LOL... Definately not for the lighthearted.0 -
You can't spot tone or pick where the fat comes off first, but P90X is good. Also I have found that running gives me the most bang for my buck.0

Invest in a stair master... or grab 10-20 pound dumbbell(s), a bench and for 20 min. a day randomly work out . Change it up each day to confuse the muscle. Don't always do the same thing each day as it will only target one part of your body. Random work outs allows a greater chance to see change in body muscle. Overall you will need to enjoy random work outs and doing this for 2 weeks, 20 min. a day, expect results.
