Ok so I did a search here and found tons of topics saying you should eat at what your BMR is, but if that is the case then why is it telling me to eat less then that in my food diary?

You normally shouldn't eat at BMR, you should eat at TDEE - minus some percent to lose weight. Unfortunately the smaller you are, the closer the numbers for BMR and TDEE are. In some cases, a really small person, TDEE-20% could be less than BMR. In that case you should look at customizing your goal. Check out the TDEE calculators and then you can see how close the numbers are. You might have to set your weight loss goal to be something less aggressive.

Just get a mirror and point it at your forehead, you should see some numbers appear.

I'm kidding; find a TDEE calculator. Once you have the number subtract 20% , this number could be near your BMR. Just make sure you're in a caloric deficit of 500 a day so you lose around a pound a week.

    a) the first bit is made up by people on MFP
    b) Anyone sedentary specifying a weight loss of 1 lb/week or more will get a target below their BMR
