I would love to go a whole month without binging, but this happens once every 1-2 weeks. I feel extremely guilty as always when this happens. I usually do so well over the week and then I blow it one day during the weekend. I end up crying afterwards because I know for a fact I will gain the next day. And it takes a week for my weight to go back to normal. Then the same thing happens and it's a never-ending cycle. Help?

This has been me lately. I am so mad at myself. I never thought I'd be a binge eater but here I am, 3rd week without a lose (actually gained 1). I keep telling myself "at least I'm being honest on my dairy and still tracking", but I know I'm really nit because when I binge I'm only guessing. I'm sure as heck not measuring the spoonfuls of frosting I'm eating, even though I'm tracking that I ate them! I end up going to bed physically ill but it doesn't seem to stop me.I hope someone will help us!0

Stop denying yourself the foods you want, and you won't binge. Pizza and Pepsi are my vices, so I budget calories for them almost every day. Yesterday I had two cans of pepsi and a whole thin crust pizza and I still lost 0.8 lbs this morning because I was well within my calorie goal.
I know that I can never eat a diet of strictly healthy foods, so I don't try. What I do try is to ensure that I'm making choices that keep my calorie intake within the budget I set, and hopefully aim over the course of the week to hit my 50/25/25 macros. I try to err higher on the protein and lower on carbs and fat if I can, so often I'll make a chicken stir fry heavy on the chicken to ensure my protein numbers up.0 -

Everything I wanted to say was said here!! No food is bad or good, enjoy it in moderation. I love chocolate so have a little every day it prevents me bingeing.0
