Hi everyone.
Three years ago I joined up here and lost 30 kg and got strong and was completely awesome and logged over 700 days in a row and then life slammed me. I've been stuffing about saying I'll get back into things, I even made a new account, and to cut it short I've been lazy and I've gained 15 kilos back and I'm not as strong as I was. Anyway with health issues looming I am determined to get back to where I was again.
I'm a 32 year old stay at home mother of 3 and wife to one with a bunch of animals living in North QLD Australia. I have PCOS, I am coeliac, I also have PTSD which affects my health and ability to move sometimes but exercise makes life better. I'm not all that funny and sometimes I complain, I'm pretty ****ty with motivating myself too so unsure if I'll be any good motivating others. I'm currently unable to do a standard pushup or run very far but that will change!
I'm looking for friends of all types. Just to expand my circle once again and perhaps get that push I feel when I see others achieving awesome things or just trying something. I have realised that trying to do this on my own just isnt working and I need to feel like part of something bigger than me.
So friend me if you want, or not. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Hi there,
Welcome back! Friend request coming your way. I'm also a fellow QLDER who previously lost 30 kilos and needs to get back on track. I'm gluten sensitive and love swapping recipes - if you are interested.
Good luck on your journey0 -
