I know that there are many other threads about this but I can't find what I am looking for. Not too long ago I came across a thread with a EASY and healthy stir fry sauce (low sodium, low calorie) but cannot find it now. Can anyone help? I would prefer the less ingredients the better, I am not a great cook I usually just stick to the basics but I LOVER stir fry and just bought frozen Trader Joes stir fry vegetables that I am excited to use!

Good Morning!
I too love stir fry and I have found that " Kikkoman (Preservative Free) - Stir-Fry Sauce" is not bad at all and is low in sodium. I get it at walmart but I am sure it is most anywhere. Hope this helps.

You can use oxo chicken base, you only need a little and mix it with water. the oxo cubes are ver high in salt but if you use them in moderation, its about 20 cals, and its healthy!0
