    Hey,

    Different folk need different help. I am up for assisting anywhere I can as I think friendship, accountability and common goals are strong motivational tools.

    Me - I am 49 years old and looking to hit "Fit-At-50" when I turn the big 50 next April. I am Scottish, but live and work on a Camp in Saudi so access getting to the gym is easy - in fact it is the only recreational activity I enjoy.
