The new gym I joined has one and am really looking forward to trying it on my next cardio day, but just wanted to see if anyone else has tried it. Thoughts, experiences?

I'd smash my face on it somehow.
My university gym got one my senior year and I think I saw it used twice.
And a gym I used to belong to had one and it was in the "trainer's only" area and I think I only saw trainers have their clients use it once or twice.
Go slow so you don't smash your face!0 -
I coincidentally also just joined a brand new gym that has one. No idea what it is. Never seen anyone use it. Looks like one of those medieval torture racks that they tied people to and stretched them out. I think they need an instructional video with it or something.0

GIVE 'ER!
Post a video of you trying.0 -
Lol!! No idea what you are talking about sorry, I thought you might be in my area because we have this insane staircase built into the side of a cliff in Cameron Park called Jacob's Ladder that a lot of people will do as a challenge.0

funny, i just saw this movie for the first time this weekend lol.
i saw them using that on the biggest loser once. i bet it gets pretty challenging very quickly.
do a lot of bear crawls in Asylum, wish is basically the same thing but your flat rather then inclined. not sure which would be more difficult. but you only do the bare crawls for like a minute at a time and they can be way more exhausting then they look0 -
Evidently the higher you climb the faster it goes. This is gonna be fun!0

My local Y has one and people use it occasionally. I have yet to try it0

I used to use it all the time. It was a challenge to get past one minute. But I liked that it made me use serious muscle while getting my heart rate up fast.0

That's what I thought too, lol! I'm from the area, just not the town you mentioned.0

I belong to Anytime Fitness in Dyer, IN and I used it today--it was an incredible experience. I had to push myself just to stay on for 60 seconds...
