define long distance?
That's what I was thinking! I've only been running a year and a half, and I'm slow as hell, but I did 12 miles of running/walking intervals this morning and I do something like that every Sunday morning (training for a half marathon). Does that count? What are we showing up for? Is there chocolate?0 -
Hello! I am currently training for a full marathon. I do 4 runs per week...two runs for 5 miles, 1 run for 8 miles and then 1 long run. Last week was 12 miles, this week 13.1 and then next week 14 miles! I really do enjoy my long runs...kinda scary, def challenging, but mostly fun!0

There is a group on the forums for long distance runners. It's not very active right now, but maybe that's because we're all out running.

I'm a long distance treadmill runner. Does that count? I try to do at least 10 miles every day - often a half marathon. One day last week (2 weeks ago?) I did a marathon in a little over 5 hours. But again, on my treadmill.0
