Lunch ideas for 200-300 calories?

Currently on Slimfast, but I've discovered that we're planning on going on a week vacation in a couple months, and I want to be able to KNOW how to control myself, and how to eat a normal amount for losing weight when I do go. Slim fast just isn't teaching me that. I think I'm going to just do Slimfast in the morning, because I really do not like breakfast. Then have a snack, and then eat lunch. But lunch is my hardest meal because I never know what to eat for it. I have no idea what a normal meal is because I had an eating disorder from ages 13-17, so I only learned how not to eat. So... any suggestions on what to eat for lunch?
Edited to add that I hate salad so please don't suggest it. Ew.

This is my favorite 300 calorie sandwich. 2 slices of whole wheat bread (60 cal each slice). 1 oz of feta (75 cal). 1 tsp of crushed black pepper or crushed chili pepper (depends on whether you like it spicy). 2 oz of 99% lean turkey (60cal). 1 medium tomato (25 cal) sliced. 10 basil leaves (5cal).
Toast it to perfection and the tomatoes are fork tender and oozing with juice. 290 calories total and it fills me right up.0 -
That sounds great. I love feta. Might have to try that one0

WEll my lunches are considerably bigger than 200-300 calories..typically 2x that...but you could take a look at my diary and cut what I eat for lunch in half.
For example today I had two 6 inch chicken wraps with cheese and avocado.
Sushi about 6 pieces I think has about 320 calories but that's not a lot of food.
Egg salad sandwich
I actually had seafood alfredo (made it myself) for about 446 calories one evening...
Grilled steak salad...about half a steak on a green salad with feta and olives is about 317 calories
chicken ceasar made with a small amount of dressing...0 -
If you want even a bit more flavor and texture, add 1 serving of bread and butter pickle slices for a sweet/sour tangy crunch for only 15-20 calories more.0

Chicken salad made with greek yogurt instead of mayo, on a wrap or on an actual salad.0

A cup of 0% Greek yogurt and tablespoon of honey is 200 calories. Add fruit, granola, whatever and you can still be under 300. Pretty filling, IMO.0

Sushi
Soup with shredded ham/smoked salmon
Houmous and crudite
rice cakes with tuna mayo
Not included cal counts but can tweak quantities to suit and still get decent portions0 -
Wendy's has some great salads that would fit around that calorie area.0

I make breakfast burritos. Usually around 250ish. Scramble eggs, chicken breakfast sausage, veggies, a little cheese, wrap in a tortilla - YUMMY!!0

Lots of ideas for 300-ish. Nothing 200-ish is going to be filling.
Broth based soup with a side salad (light on dressing) & fruit.
1% Cottage cheese, fruit, and whole wheat crackers
Big salad with grilled chicken & light dressing. Just measure dressing before hand. Cheese & croutons will likely put you over the top.
Sammiches - tuna salad is low cal with tons of protein. Use pickle relish to reduce mayo. Light mayo is decent (to me)....fat free...blech. Egg salad......reduce calories by using less yolk. I use 2 hardboiled eggs with only 1 yolk...high protein. Use whatever bread you like.
Veggie sides are always great for an add-on......fiber is filling too.0
