Hello, looking for motivating friends :)

I've been watching my diet for ages, I cycle 5 days for work but over the last couple of months I've only lost 2lbs and don't seem to be much more toned. I struggle with extra exercise as cycle usually at least 45 minutes a day with working hard, knackered when I get home. Just think some extra like minded support would help :)

    How much overweight are you and much are you looking to lose?

    Are you staying within a suggested caloric range while you've been using MFP or just using it to see how many calories you're actually eating?

    I'm not technically overweight, just bit bigger than I'd like to be, clothes don't fit so well. I'm staying in calorie goal usually weekdays, weekends much harder, hehe. Thank you
