healthy but high calorie

Hi! I've recently started moving my calories from a deficit to maintenance and am having a hard time getting my calories high enough each day. Yesterday I had to shove in some oreos just to make it to 1,500 calories and that isn't anywhere near my maintenance! I have found that in order to get in more calories I have had to start eating my carrot sticks and celery and wheat thins ALL THE TIME!
Granted I do have a pretty boring repertoire of stuff I like to eat (I pretty much buy the same 5-10 items every week at the store every single time!)
What are some inventive, delicious high calorie healthy things to snack on during the day? I can hardly wait to try some new things!
P.S I don't like peanut butter or avocado, so that is out. Other than that I don't have many things I dislike

you like cheese? cheese is good. Do you hate nuts in general? How about walnuts and almonds (you can toss them in your salad). full-fat milk is good.0

Hummus, Cheese dip, spinach dip, artichoke dip, full fat ranch (anything you can dip your wheat thins, carrot sticks in)
almond butter, sunflower butter, cashew butter, nutella, cookie butter0 -

homemade granola with lots of dried fruits, nuts, seeds and shredded coconut in it. VERY calorie dense. Course you can buy granola too, but homemade is so much more delicious and you can control the ingredients.0
