Hello, my name is Ffion and I'm from South Wales. I've just started trying to lose weight by dieting and exercising and I am finding it so hard trying to stay motivated for it. Currently at 95kgs and want to go down to 77kg. If anyone is going through the same as me and unable to find the motivation then feel free to message me and we can try and motivate each other :)

    I'm living in Hertfordshire, I've just graduated from Uni of South Wales :D I'm 217lb's and i'm looking to lose a massive 75lb so it'd be great to chat to someone in the same situation as me :)
