chocolate protein cheesecake
Made this tonight.
8 oz fat free cream cheese
6 oz fat free greek yogurt
1 package of fat free sugar free pudding
1 scoop dymatize chocolate whey isolate
dash of truivia
dask of 1% milk
1 whole egg
mix it all up with a mixer; stick it in microwave for 3 - 4 minutes; put in fridge until it's as solid as you like
I then toppped it with redi whip cream and walden farms calorie free caramel sauce. Tasted really good. You can figure out the macros but I belive it was like 460 calories or so.

Thanks. Yes it came out good. Would have been even better if I let it sit in the fridge over night like I'm supposed to but I couldn't wait.
I make a lot of dessert type things like this which is why I never really 'cheat'. I don't need to since I"m eating stuff that tastes good but has good macros as well. A lot of times I make regular protein cakes rather than cheesecakes. I've made protein crepes, waffles, pancakes and other stuff like that too.
Still learning how to make more stuff like this for variety. So far everything came out good whenever I've tried to make something like this.0 -

Based on your name there's some creative stuff you can do with cupcakes and / or cake mix too (or even pancake mix).
There's a few ways to make it but what I usually do is this.
1 scoop of protein powder (whatever flavor you like) I like Cellucor's products the best b/c they have a lot of flavors
1 scoop (use the protein scooper) of cake mix
1 egg (optional, can use egg whites or none if you want)
dash of truivia if you want
dash of cocoa if you want
add almond milk, skim milk, or whatever kind of milk you want (about 1/4 cup)
mix it up good
put in a microwavable container for 2 or 3 minutes until it rises and has porper consistancy
Let it cool. Then add either Fat Free Greek yogurt to top it (for more protein) and / or whipped cream
I like to add calorie free caramel to stuff lately too
Have also used peanut butter and even skippy natural dark chocolate peanut butter as well.
You can pretty much tailer this however you want to make it fit your macros / calorie goals of the day. I do different variations of this all the time. I never cheat because this tastes as good as cheating!
edit: also I use this thing I saw on TV to make most of this stuff. I got it at CVS for $10 and it works pretty good.

Whoah. I think I love you. And my name really has nothing to do with "eating" cupcakes, I just want you to call me Cupcake, dammit! This would be good with my morning ice cream. :bigsmile:0 -
Thanks, OP :bigsmile:0
