Weight loss or toning

So guys, I want to look like beyonce. I have her body type, and currently she is 130 and I used to be 130 but now I am 155. So I know I can't be beyonce, but what I really want is to get close to that. So should I lose weight first and come down to 140-145 and then muscle tone or should i just muscle tone?

    What you should do is not aspire to be like someone else, be yourself and be proud of that.

    If weight loss is your goal and you have some fat to lose, then lose weight... it's as simple as that.
