Today is my 13th day And you still say that I lost 0 pounds a week should I lose 1kilogram every day I had calorie intake as needed but idalješ says I've lost 0 pounds right can help?

Well for starters as an 18 year old male your calorie intake should be much higher. Theses links will help you also it looks like your logging isn't very accurate lots of quick added calories. The first link will help you on that. The second link will give you information on how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. For the amount you need to lose you should only be trying to
lose around 1/2 a pound or less a week so you will need some patience.

I agree with fatdoob. Without your height and weight, we cannot know 100% for sure, but the minimum recommended intake for non-medical weightloss in full grown men is generally suggested at 1400-1500 calories. You shouldn't be eating less than that unless your physician is advising you on supplements and monitoring your blood levels.
If you only have 11lbs to lose, that is approximately 5kg. You should *not* be losing 1kg per day, which seems to be what you are saying in your post. Unless being medically monitored, that is a very unhealthy rate of loss, so if you managed to hit that, I'd be concerned.
The average male at 18 years old has an estimated dietary need of 2200-2500 calories every day. Based on your calorie goal in your diary, I'm assuming you've set for a 2lb/week loss, and that you're of average height. It's time to set more realistic weight loss goals.0 -
