New to site and to asking for support

Hello to all of you brave and encouraging individuals. I am certainly not new to diets or weight loss and gain; but am new to reaching out to others for support. I believe i really need to do this despite my anxiety about such. I have lost large amounts of weight only to lose track and regain during times of emotional stress. I am hoping that i will be able to make some supportive friends that i can both relate to and be accountable to in a reciprical manner. Thanks to all of you that keep this type of site running and meaningful. I am excited to become a part of your weight loss world.

I was new to it too til I found this site. But, I think it really does help keep you on track since you are going through the same things with people. Good luck to you, you can do it!

    Hi,
    You can do this!
As long as you don't quit. Somedays will rock and somedays not so much.
Just be nice to yourself if you slip up.
    Good luck to you.

    Hi and welcome!

I agree with the above person who said this site really helps keeping you on track because it does. It's how I've managed to lose my weight. I couldn't have done it without this place.

You can definitely do this! Just don't beat yourself up, remember we're all human and we all have our good days and bad days. Just keep on moving forward.

Hi everyone, I am new to this site in asking for help. I have gone through just about every type of weight loss, I have counted fat grams, counted salaries, did Atkins type with no carbs, but my weight doesn't change. Any suggestions that might give me a chance
