Anyone who has used the Polar RCX3 or can you suggest any good heart rate monitor? is it reliable? :drinker:

    If it has a chest strap, I am sure it is as reliable as any other Polar HRM.

    I have the Polar FT4, works great and very easy to use. I think Polar overall is a good brand for HRM's.

    I have a polar FT7. Love it! It seems to estimate calories very well for steady state cardio. Saves me a lot of guess work.

    it all depends on what exactly you are looking for out of your heart rate monitor... when i was searching for one for myself i found the website heartratemonitorsusa.com very useful because they have a compare button that shows the hrms you choose to compare side by side listing its features

    Well i want to get to lower body fat %. Want to be more precise with my Cardio secession. Thanks for the link :D
