6'6 guy, somewhere in the neighborhood of 280 (that was three weeks ago, ill update). I carry the 280 well but would be much happier about 50 lbs lighter. I have been there before- but bounced back and put it back on. Had great success with wife doing Paleo. But that's hard for me to stick to. I still stay away from refined carbs, bread, and donuts. I don't like giving up things I like, so moderation and logging my foods hardcore will actually give me better results I think. I want to stay healthy for my wife, my kids and myself. Heavy family cardiac history, and although my ticker checks out just fine, id rather not take my chances.
