zucchini flowers

I'm planning on robbing my zucchini plant of flowers tonight.

Any suggestions for preparing them? I'm looking at this so far, but not married to it.

    Bump because I am curious. The only recipes I know of are battered and deep fried, so not particularly diet friendly.

    Yeah. The one above is still sauteed, but you can control fat content that way. I was thinking of doing a traditional egg white batter, but I'd rather try something different.

    I was searching my memory, and remembered a TV series hosted by Yotam Ottolenghi (a London restauranteur influenced by middle eastern food) where he watched a farmer bake a zucchini flower dish in Turkey. The flowers were stuffed with a mixture of rice and lamb mince herbs, carefully layered with tomatoes. mint, unripe grapes and vine leaves. I don't know if you can see this clip in your location.
