I fell off the bandwagon myself back in March. Starting to get back into it again now. Been walking more at night with my family, lifting weights at home, and trying to eat healthier and stuff.

    Good luck to you!

This isn't the most positive motivation, but it's helping me right now.

For a while, I've been stuck because I'll log my calories during the week, but "forget" to on Friday and Saturday (and sometimes Sunday). What I'm realizing is that my overages on weekends defeat and exceed my underages in calories during the week.

I've been doing this for WAY too darn long to keep not losing weight (fortunately, I have been building muscle). I'm SICK TO DEATH of it. Time to cowboy or cowgirl up and get this stuff on the road. Get sick of your failures and let them motivate you to kick some serious butt. When you have that craving for excessive beer or candy or chips or whatever, just remind yourself that it'll be so worth it in a few months to look amazing and then eat some of that crap (in moderation) and still look good.

You can do it! Just remember to exercise the most important muscle of all: will power. The will to get your butt out of bed in the morning, exercise like a monster, eat like a responsible adult and pretty soon, we're all going to be looking like supermodels.

    YOU CAN DO IT!

I am starting this road in earnest. Hopefully for good. My hardest time is after dinner. The snacking is terrible. Any ideas will be welcome .

My go-tos for after dinner are green or herbal tea, club soda, or water. I consume them in copious quantities, like a former smoker chews gum. It's my best bet.

Also, brushing my teeth is sort of my "ENOUGH!" gesture. It always keeps me away from the fridge.

I'm here just to try to keep track of my weight loss and calorie intake. I also like seeing people results of the workouts I do or am interested in doing, it motivates me.

I completed T25 not too long ago, started my first day of 30 day Shred today. Loved it. I always try to do an addition 20-30 minutes of cardio on whatever workout I'm committed to. I don't always eat the best, but I'm working on it.

I weighed 225 in March of 2014. I am now at 198. My goal is 170.
