Nestea green tea

Is Nestea green tea with citrus "healthy" for you? I used to buy it by the bottles but now I buy the water enhancer. It just squirts into a water bottle. It says it has 0 for everything -calories, sodium, etc.

    I cant seem to find the ingredients online, but not spent much time on it. I would say its good for you if it is sugar free and contains a natural sweetener only, such as stevia. If it contains other additives it probably isnt good for you. I made mistake of buying cans of Arizona green tea with ginseng, in Florida on holiday recently and when I had drunk half of them I read the ingredients and found it was loaded with sugar, so a bad choice really.
