Can you save up your calories?

Well, I heard you could but I didn't read up more on the topic
But say, I had a deficit of 300 calories yesterday, and I had another 300 calorie deficit today...does this mean I can eat an extra 600 calories tomorrow? Someone said you could eat an extra dose of calories but to keep it under the number (like eat 400 extra instead of 600) or else you won't see weight loss.
Has anyone done this while seeing results?

That's one of those things that you have to try for yourself and see what happens. It works for some but not for others.
It's one of those trial and error type things.
eta: It doesn't usually work for me personally though.0 -
I can see where you're coming from, thanks for the feedback!0
