how many daily calories are you taking in to lose weight weekly?

1700...I'm almost 6' and with about 100lbs to lose my deficit is 1000.0

My diet in consisting of 1100-1300 calories a day. On average i am losing about 2-4 pounds a week and sometimes 5-6 on a good week.
Even though it does not sound like a lot of calories, i'm making sure i eat something at least every 2 hours even if its just a satsuma.
Touch wood, its working so far0 -
1200 calories but I usually eat about 800-1000 calories. I do not eat the exercise calories I earn. My loss so far is around 2-4 lbs a week. I do have a special treat day each week...those calories for that day is about 1000-1200 calories.1
