    Just outside Glasgow (only just) - I have just joined MFP.
    Good luck in your 10km in October - do you do parkrun?
    Tollcross have the friendliest parkrun in the country.
    Love 10kms also.

    You guys do know that there is a UK post in the group section.
    It's totally needed coz the Americans think completely different fae us
    and their programs kin be pretty hard tae follow.
