I have linked my jawbone up to my MFP...do I still long my workout in MFP or not since the jawbone tracks all my activity....I'm so confused...I don't want to double up and get wrong calculations!!

I have the Fitbit flex, but I would imagine the principle is the same.

I let the Fitbit log the activity. However if I do something l like weightlifting or spin class, I'll manually enter the activity on MFP with the time. This way it is not double counting the burn.

OK...I teach zumba and have 2 back to back classes....and on my Jawbone I can time the activity.....so does that count at logging for both

I do not log in MFP separate from my UP band unless it is something not well recorded by UP (cycling, swimming), or if my UP is broken (like right now). I would recommend the same.

Yes - log your Zumba on your UP band, and it'll adjust. I like to keep track of how much I exercise, time-wise, on MFP, so I will log the time in with a 1 calorie burn so that it doesn't throw it off.
