Can anyone help me? Im trying to lose about 10lbs

Hi everyone! I am 17! I recently started gaining weight. I used to swim but had to quit due to an injury in my shoulder. My weight while swimming was always around 104-105 lbs (I am 5'1). Now, after I can't swim, I have gained 10lbs and I currently weight 114.5. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to go back to my normal weight? Anything helps:smile:

    Try doing exercises that don't use your arms or shoulders very much, like a stationary bike, and track everything you eat. Since you don't have a lot to lose, it will take you longer to reach your goal so don't create too large of a calorie deficit. Take it slow and steady.
